Depression and Anxiety are still looked down upon.
People who live with them are still treated as untouchables, including me. Though my struggles made me a better person in every possible way.
I have GAD. Triggered often by traumatic events. I have had it since 2007. It is well managed as well as I have started studying it. About 4 years ago I started speaking openly about it hoping to encourage others to get the help they need, spread awareness, above all, tell you - who struggle with it- that it's alright to have a sucky day. There is always a tomorrow which brings new possibilities.
In these videos, I share my life experience hoping it helps someone. After all, we are all part of one tribe, the human tribe.
